All rights in this site and its content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. OKPRINT reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of content at any time without prior notice.
USE OF SITE
You are granted permission to access and use this site and its content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services through OKPRINT. No other download, retention, use, publishing, or distribution of any portion of the content is authorized or permitted. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
TURNAROUND
Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your order status will be put "On Hold Need Artwork" and your turnaround time will be reset. Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time. OKPRINT and you agree not to hold OKPRINT liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond OKPRINT¡¯s direct control. OKPRINT is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, OKPRINT will reship the package with corrected address and charge additional shipping cost separately.
REPRINT
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order. No Refunds or Credit.
COLOR PROOFING AND MATCHING
OKPRINT is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel by pressing " delete " button on your cart during your shopping. After payment, you should inform us via email at the same day. If orders is cancelled in any labor hours, administrative fees will be subtracted from you refund. Due to the very swift nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive them. No cancellations or refunds are available on orders that have gone to print. In the case of a cancellation on an order where no online proof has been sent, our customer service team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. OKPRINT is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to the customer¡¯s mistake.

BULLETIN BOARD SYSTEM
We reserve the right to delete illegal content or viruses on the bulletin board system.
MAKE CHANGES
To make changes to your order after it has been placed, please email revised order details such as order number, quantity, stock, and necessary information at the same day.
PAYMENT
Full payment, including delivery cost, is required with order. No work will be proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once order has been verified.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. No refunds are available on orders unless files
have not been sent to press and cancellation is requested at the same business day. A cancellation fee will be applied.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be registered within 48 hours of receipt of printed products. To be reprinted and shipped again with no additional charge, the products should contain manufacturing error and/or defects. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect are.
QUANTITY
Finished quantity may vary +/- 5-7%. We are not responsible for shortage re-print. This applies to all printing.
CHANGES TO POLICIES
OKPRINT may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and they will be effective immediately upon being posted.
